The travel industry, like many others, is in a rapid state of change. Relationships between suppliers, clients, intermediaries and the distributive channels that link these elements together are evolving rapidly and changing the way that we do business. Our expertise in managing and developing retail and wholesale travel businesses stretches back decades, and by combining our deep experience with our contemporary insights to today's travel world, we are able to offer strategic advice to companies that are redesigning their business model.

Working together with the management team at Discover The World Travel, a major UK-based tour operator, we are looking at their operational, management, marketing and delivery systems and developing a template for the next twenty years. The reorganization plan will take eighteen months to develop, and will result in a fresh new approach to their business and their relationships with both customers and suppliers.
